Stacking and transport system “ELIO”

The system is made up of a mobile motorized roller conveyor with 10 floors for loading. The operator can drive the trolley easily using the handlebar with push commands console on it. The system will dialogue with the tile extraction system existing on the glazing line. ‘’Elio’’ will position the first loading floor at a high that is the same of the extractor positioned on the glazing line, all automatically controlled by PLC with receipts. The trolley displacement is allowed only when the floors block is down. The loading capacity is of 10 floors that allows to load normal and high thickness tiles.
