In 1996 a group of people with an important experience in the field of ceramic machinery in Sassuolo area, decided to start the production of glazing lines and machines for palletizing and stacking tiles.
Our mission
TekMak mission is to provide highly technological and industrialized systems, today more than ever in terms of digital and 4.0 production. Even in the highest digitalization, the ideal tool is “tailored-made”, with a study that is done together with the customer and that mets the technical characteristics of each product and every company.
Our history
1996
The initial and natural outlet of the company is the ceramic district of Sassuolo, the fantastic Italian "Tile Valley", followed by all those countries that, in the '90s, began to produce high-quality ceramics in large volumes, from Far East to Turkey, Poland, Mexico, and Brazil.
2004
With the business going from strengh to strenght, Tekmak apart from concentrating its investments in ceramics, developing new and innovative machines for the glazing line, decides to use the experience gained with tiles to enter also other sectors, in the sector of agglomerated, of marble and natural stones.
2007
Tekmak comes out with the first innovative "Perfecta" 3-piston airless pump studied expecially for engobe, glaze and grit application. The pump will be imitated by all the competitors in Italy and in the world
2011
The company moves to its new premises with a 2,500 sqm production facility on an total owned area of over 4,500 sqm in the heart of the Fiorano industrial area
2012
Tekmak launches the first "Igloo" cooling system for digital screen printing machines. Today, customers call Igloo any type of cooling system, a typical example of a brand that becomes a common name
Today
Tekmak is specialized in the supply of more and more digital glazing systems and lines, going beyond the concept of 4.0 and declining it in various Italian and world production companies
